Jobbeman is urging all employers in Ghana to act swiftly as slots for the BYU Pathway Fellows Program, a fully funded internship initiative powered by Jobberman Ghana in partnership with BYU Pathway, nears closure.

The programme is limited to 50 host organisations nationwide, and interest has surged since its announcement.

With just 50 employer slots available nationwide, interest in the program has surged since its launch, and spaces are filling up quickly.

The program offers forward-looking companies the opportunity to engage with pre-vetted, high-potential graduates for a structured four-month internship, with all stipends fully funded by the programme.

Employers only provide mentorship and a supportive environment while benefiting from fresh skills, new perspectives, and a reliable pipeline for future hires.

It is part of Jobberman Ghana’s broader mission to bridge the gap between academic training and workplace experience, while providing employers with a reliable pipeline of emerging talent.

Graduates represent diverse fields such as Business Management, Accounting, Communication Studies, Family Health and Human Services, Applied Health, Professional Studies, Information Technology, and Software Development. Each has been carefully vetted to ensure they are workplace-ready and able to deliver value from day one. 

According to Jemima Ashietey, Head of Marketing at Jobberman Ghana, the initiative presents a unique opportunity for employers to position themselves as leaders in talent development while directly benefiting from the fresh ideas and perspectives that graduates bring.

“These interns come ready with strong foundations in soft skills, digital fluency, and business etiquette. Their stipends are fully covered, meaning employers only need to provide mentorship and a supportive environment. In return, they gain innovation, renewed energy, and the chance to shape the leaders of tomorrow,” she explained.

The program is more than just a stopgap for short-term recruitment needs. By participating, employers stand to build stronger pipelines for future hires, elevate their employer brand, and contribute meaningfully to Ghana’s broader talent development agenda.
