The 1st Biennial Congress of the National Democratic Congress, Canada Chapter (NDC-Canada) is scheduled for Saturday, August 22, 2009 at the Days Inn and Conference Center – Montreal Airport, 4545 Cote-Vertu Blvd West, Montreal QC H4S 1C8 Canada
A statement by the branch signed by Charles N. Nkansah on behalf of the Organizing Committee, said delegates from branches across Canada, sister branches from NDC-USA, NDC-Europe, friends and sympathizers of NDC worldwide will participate in various activities including the election of new executives for NDC-Canada for the next two years.The climax of the program, which will run between 11:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. will be a Community Dinner Dance to celebrate Ghana’s democratic achievements. The dinner dance would see the swearing-in of the newly elected executives, the honouring of hardworking NDC party members and members of the Ghanaian community in Montreal, among others.Contact Information:
