President John Dramani Mahama has arrived in Berlin, Germany, to attend the 15th International Economic Forum on Africa.

The Forum will open tomorrow, Wednesday, September 9, 2015.

The Forum, premised on the Agenda 2063 adopted by the African Union, will provide African countries and the rest of the world with an opportunity to chart a more inclusive and sustainable growth agenda.

President Mahama who is the guest of honour will focus the world's attention on how the post 2015 agenda can transform Africa's relationship with the industrialised world.

Shortly after arrival in Berlin today, President Mahama addressed a German-African Business Summit organised by the Subsahara Afrika Initiative, which represents the economic and political interests of four supporting organisations and 3.5 million member companies.

The Summit was also attended by the Vice Chancellor of Germany and Minister for Economic Affairs & Energy, Sigmar Gabriel.

President Mahama and his delegation, which includes Minister for Foreign Affairs Hanna S. Tetteh and the Minister for Finance Seth Terkper, are currently holding a number of business and bilateral discussions.
