A year later she has bagged the prestigious CIMG Marketing Woman of the Year at a ceremony held in Accra last Saturday.

Lucy Quist explained that Airtel is “deliberate” in everything the company does or churns out.
She said the company is focused on giving customers something they have not yet experienced.
Airtel Money remains one of the most successful products the company has rolled out. The company has also made it possible to browse facebook for free. Both products are a first in the telecommunications industry.
The company is also leading in Corporate Social Responsibility and is headline sponsor of popular gospel event Adom Praiz.
Mrs Quist chalks down her feat as the result of her strong faith in God which allows her to confront challenges.
“I like to take opportunities. I don’t see limits”, she said.

The award-winner also recognized the level of support and trust she gets from the staff of the company.
“The people around me see something in me” she said. Lucy reserved praise for her husband whom she describes as a mentor, a motivator and a caring supporter.
