The office of ex-president Rawlings has denied media reports that millions of Ghana Cedis is being expended to renovate a government bungalow for Mr Rawlings.
An aide to Mr. Rawlings, Kofi Adams told Joy News there was no iota of truth in the report.
The Daily Searchlight newspaper reported that the government had given the residence of former National Security Co-ordinator, Francis Poku to the former first couple and was spending huge sums of money to renovate the place.
But Kofi Adams denies the report.
He said the former president was unaware of any building having been allocated to him since his Ridge residence got consumed by fire last month.
Kofi Adams said Mr Rawlings and his wife had been perching with his mother-in-law.
