Three people have died when a Benz bus carrying choristers and Church members of the Apostles Revelation Society (ARS) returning from a funeral at Saviefe -Agorkpo to the regional capital Ho was involved in a gory accident Saturday afternoon.
Several others sustained various degrees of injuries.
Eyewitnesses fear the death toll could increase looking at how serious the accident was and the severity of the injuries.
One of the passengers had his hand completely cut off at the elbow.

The Benz bus with registration number GT 8320-C was said to have toppled and hit two taxi cabs close to the gate of OLA Senior High School opposite the GOIL Filling station.
It is believed that the vehicle had a break failure descending the Galenkui Mountain at the outskirt of the Ho township.
The bodies of the deceased have been deposited at the Volta Regional Hospital morgue.
The injured have also been sent to the Regional Hospital for medical attention.
