Lindsay Lohan is a changed woman after her 13 days in jail and 23 days in a drug rehab program, her lawyer asserted Wednesday. "She has learned her lesson," defense lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley told the judge at a Wednesday morning hearing. Judge Eldon Fox imposed a new set of rules the actress must follow over the next 67 days, but she can live in her West Hollywood, California, home instead of the rehab program at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles. "She's very serious about her sobriety," Holley said. "She looks forward to proving to the court that she is taking this seriously." The new Lindsay Lohan is not the same woman who painted her nails with expletives for her sentencing hearing last month, Holley told reporters after the hearing. "She's healthy, she's clearheaded, she's positive and looking forward." Holley said. Fox allowed her to check out of the hospital Tuesday night because the doctors reported the 90 days that had been ordered was too much, Holley said. "The doctors very soon recognized that was completely unnecessary," she said. Each week until November 1 will be filled with counselng sessions for alcohol and drug rehab, random drug tests, and behavorial therapy. "She'll be in a lot of therapy," Holley said, but it will "allow her time to work, which is also positive for her." Fox gave Lohan a long list of probation requirements, but if she follows them she should be freed from supervised probation in just over two months, the judge said. Lohan can't leave California until November, so she can be available for random drug and alcohol tests at least twice a week, the judge ordered. She could go to jail for 30 days if she misses a test, he said. She must attend psychotherapy sessions at least four times a week and 12-step chemical dependency classes five times a week, he ordered. Lohan must have at least seven contacts a week with her chemical dependency program, with at least two weekly sessions there. She'll have to go to behavorial therapy two times a week, he said. Her probation will be closely supervised until November 1, but after that it could be made unsupervised. Lohan entered a court-ordered rehab program at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center on August 2, following a 13-day stint in a Los Angeles County jail for a probation violation. She was released from the rehab program Tuesday night by order of the judge. Judge Marsha Revel, who ordered Lohan to spend 90 days in rehab, was replaced by Fox earlier this month.
