Uganda coach Micho Sredojevic has played down his side’s 1-0 defeat at the hands of Togo ahead of their World Cup Qualifying game against Ghana.
The Cranes were pipped by a lone in the Togolese capital as they fine-tuned preparations for the tie against the Black Stars.
Despite turning in a decent performance, Uganda were unable to find a way past Cladue Le Roy’s men.
This result has not deterred the Serbian who believes his side will pose a different threat on Friday.
“This game and the game on Friday will not have any connection,” he told Joy Sports.
''This is a different game and obviously we wanted to check some few things with our team before we go into Friday’s game, we are ready for that challenge and we want to get a positive result.''
“We are happy that we have a good match which is competitive and given us the chance to assess our players.”
“We have hidden something which we will put in place on Friday. We are a different team when we play friendlies and different when we play competitive games.”
Micho Sredojevic is unbeaten in his last two games against Ghana.
