Andre Ayew has been named on the final three-man shortlist for the Player of the Year 2011, the Confederation of African Football announced Wednesday.The Ghana international together with Seydou Keita of Mali and Yaya Toure of Ivory Coast would be vying for the award to be decided at the Awards Gala which will be held on Thursday, December 22 at the Banquet Hall, State House in AccraAndre, 22, was last Friday voted BBC African Player of the Year ahead of Toure and Keita.This is the third time Ghana would be hosting the GLO CAF awards after successfully staging it in the 2006 and 2009.
