Japan Motors Trading Company Ltd (JMTC), the sole distributors of Yamaha motorcycles in Ghana has added three new Yamaha models to stock.
The motorcycles re-affirms Yamaha’s design of excellence and durability.
They are the Yamaha AG 125, the latest dual-purpose workhorse, friendly, tough and economical; the Yamaha Y-CZ 125, an active and modern; and the Yamaha Crux Rev which is acclaimed as the game changer.
The features of the Yamaha AG 125 include a strong front suspension for greater on/off-road performance, economical and reliable engine, ample carrying capacity design to handle rough roads whiles the new Yamaha Crux rev has good fuel economy, a reasonable purchase price, high quality and excellent durability.
The Y-CZ125 is equipped with 125cc Blue Core Engine that gives higher power but lower consumption, lowest in class weight of 113kg, High ground clearance of 180mm and great suspension.
Mrs Mabel Offei, Yamaha Sales Manager at JMTC, who revealed the features of the bike at a press conference, said the Yamaha brand has built up customer trust by meeting the demands of the changing market.
Launching the Motorcycles, Mr Amine Kabbara, General Manager, Sales & Marketing at JMTC said the introduction of latest Yamaha motorcycles was in response to growing demands of customers.
“Yamaha is the leader when it comes to quality motorbikes and in order to maintain its number one position it has to keep introducing new models to be abreast with the latest technology,” he said.
Mr Kabbara said the Yamaha AG 125 is the most dependable and reliable model used especially in rural areas with rough terrain whiles the Y-CZ125 targets individuals with stylish design, practicality and cost-effectiveness.
Representatives from Yamaha Motor Co. Ltd in Japan were present at the launch to endorse the new models.
The representatives include Mr. Yu Hiramatsu of Africa Market Development Division and Mr To Hidenobu, Master Instructor, Yamaha Riding Academy.
