A member of Ghanaian think tank, IMANI Ghana, Bright Simons on Monday played guest on the Super Morning Show to explain why the think tank believes the New Patriotic Party cannot be right to project an amount of $150 million as the first year cost of its election campaign pledge to make senior secondary education free.
