The second list of Deputy Ministerial nominees by President Mhama is out, with former Deputy Information Minister and Member of Parliament for North Tongu constituency, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa nominated to the Education Ministry. A member of the ruling National Democratic Congress’ Communications Team, Felix Ofosu Kwakye has also been nominated for the Information Ministry.
