Fitness enthusiasts and wellness seekers are gearing up for the ACTIV8 Fitness Festival, a vibrant event blending fitness, music, and wellness.
Scheduled for Saturday, January 25, 2025, at 10:00 AM, the festival will take place at ACTIV8 Gym and Spa, located on the 2nd Floor of the Melcom Mall on Boundary Road, East Legon.
The event promises a range of activities catering to all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned enthusiasts. Highlights include interactive workshops led by experts such as psychotherapist and wellness advocate Patience Osekre, strength and conditioning specialist Coach Marvin, and Sami Houdrouge, CEO of the Sandia Group. Discussions will cover topics like nutrition, fitness, and mental health, moderated by certified wellness coach Puchie Fjord.

Participants can also engage in dynamic workout sessions ranging from cardio and yoga to dance, alongside fitness challenges designed to inspire connection and healthy competition. Live music performances by DJ ChiChi and DJ Mac Tonto, powered by the BlacVolta Sound System, will add a lively rhythm to the event.
The festival coincides with two significant milestones for ACTIV8 Gym and Spa: the unveiling of its new East Legon branch and the celebration of its Spintex location’s first anniversary.
These developments mark the brand’s commitment to fostering health and wellness across Ghana.

“Our goal is to energize and uplift our community by blending fitness, music, and wellness,” said Rishi Melwani, CEO of ACTIV8 Gym and Spa.
“This festival is not just an event but a movement to bring people together and inspire healthier, more active lifestyles.”
With locations in East Legon and Spintex, ACTIV8 Gym and Spa offers state-of-the-art facilities, fitness classes, personal training, and spa services, creating a holistic wellness hub for its members. The festival is set to embody this mission by providing an inclusive space for fitness enthusiasts to connect, learn, and thrive.
For those looking to kickstart their wellness journey in 2025, the ACTIV8 Fitness Festival offers a dynamic platform to do just that.
“With a focus on innovation and community, ACTIV8 Gym and Spa is more than just a fitness center—it’s a lifestyle hub where people come together to stay active, connect, and thrive. This is evident when we’ve redefined what it means to be productive by merging fitness and functionality. Our shared workspace and conference room empower members to seamlessly balance their wellness goals with their professional pursuits” adds Rishi.
The fitness festival also serves as the platform to unveil the new East Legon branch, and the celebration of the first anniversary in Spintex, marking a significant milestone in the brand’s journey to redefine fitness experiences in Ghana. This one-of-a-kind festival will bring together fitness enthusiasts, wellness experts, and the local community to engage in a
dynamic day of activities.
