Musician Kofi Kinaata has eulogised Adom FM’s Kasahari show for making him the artiste he is.
According to the rapper, the Kasahari rap show helped him grow his career and cement his name in the music industry.
In an interview on Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen talk-show on Friday, he said, “I was on the ‘Kasahari’ show. Everyone was rapping in Twi. I rapped in typical Fante. When I was done, Adom FM’s premises was crowded. People wanted to see who was doing the rap in the studio.”
Kofi Kinaata told host Osei Bonsu that he had been presented with several record deals and had numerous managers willing to sign him.
Samini’s former manager, Tony Pun managed to finalise a deal with the Takoradi-based singer and through that, the ‘Confession’ hitmaker was fully equipped to take music as a big business.
The Kasahari rap show has been endorsed by several rappers including Sarkodie, Criss Waddle, and Yaa Pono among many Tema rappers.
Many of these household names had the chance to sell their name to the country through the show.
