Ghanaian dancer Afronitaa is hopeful she and her partner Abigail will make it to the semi-finals of the Britain's Got Talent reality show.
The two impressed judges last week with their incredible talent. With infectious energy and synchronised moves, they brought back the spirit of Azonto, dancing to popular hits like Fuse ODG’s 'Antenna' and other Azonto classics.
While the judges were visibly impressed by their performance, it was the overwhelming reaction from the audience that truly stole the show.
The entire audience was seen rising to their feet, giving the duo a standing ovation.
Speaking to Adom TV, Afronita expressed joy in gracing the big stage with Abigial adding that she is thankful to be a part of the little girl's journey.
According to Afronitaa, their feat is for the collective happiness of Ghanaians and for raising the flag of Ghana high.
She called on Ghanaians to continuously support her and Abigail in all the stages of the competition.

“It’s about passion and the love I have for dancing…I’m not doing this just for myself, and I urge Ghanaians to vote for me and give their support so we can make it through the semi-finals,” she said in an interview with Adom TV’s Maame Boatemaah.

The duo passed the Britain's Got Talent Auditon with four yesses from all judges.
However, they missed out on a golden buzzer that could have been their straight ticket to the semi-finals as all the judges had used theirs.
The next stage of the competition for these young dancers is the Deliberation Day.
This stage may not be shown on TV, but it involves the judges and producers making final decisions on which acts will progress to the next stage of the competition.
Should they pass the stage, they’ll head to the semi-finals where they perform live and need fans' votes to proceed to the finals.
