The latest update to the Samsung Galaxy Note product line, the Galaxy Note 3, is set to launch in Ghana this Friday, October 4, 2013 in an exclusive top tier media event at the plush Accra Polo Courts at Airport.
The Galaxy Note 3 was successfully launched in a grand multicultural event which saw the participation of over 2000 individuals from over 30 African countries converge in Cape Town, South Africa to celebrate yet another technological advancement from Samsung.
The Ghana launch comes as a follow up to the South Africa event and also serves as the official outdoor of this new innovative technology genius, another first from the electronic giant.
Talking about the launch, Jaspreet Singh, Business Leader for Handheld Products at Samsung Ghana said “It going to be a night full of excitement coupled with apt display of innovative technology. Samsung is ready to thrill the nation with our new device, the Galaxy Note 3.”
"Exciting new features and services like the Smart Value and ADH Premium which are all part of Samsung’s Smart Eco System will be unveiled for the first time unto the Ghanaian market," Jaspreet added.
Amidst the fun and exciting activities to mark the night; Ghana will see for the first time, a technology breakthrough that will forever redefine the way we view our wrist watches with the outdoor of the world’s first Smartwatch.
The Galaxy Gear, an accessory and a perfect companion to the Note 3 will also be unveiled during the launch. This new accessory when connected allows a truly smart and free lifestyle relieving the need to constantly check the Smartphone.
The Galaxy Gear Smartwatch features a 1.63-inch (4.14 cm) OLED display. It is capable of making calls, capturing photos and videos as well as showing notifications like messages, social media updates, and health data etc; it also has a 1.9-megapixel camera.
