Ex-Black Stars striker Augustine Arhinful is the latest to urge the FA to discontinue their search for a coach and confirm Kwasi Appiah as coach of the team.
On Monday, veteran sports journalist, Kwabena Yeboah said Kwasi Appiah should be handed the job on regular basis to boost his concentration in building a strong team.
Kwasi Appiah has been handed interim charge of the Black Stars ahead of the October 10 Nations Cup qualifier against Sudan in Ghana while the FA continues its search for a 'competent' coach for the job.
Appiah has been the Stars assistant trainer while Serbian Milovan Rajevac was in charge until the latter chose to relocate to Saudi club side Al Ahly Jeddah rather than renew his Ghana contract.
