The Chief Executive of Retail & Business Banking for Barclays Africa Group, Mr. Craig Bond has unveiled the bank’s new flagship branch at Nester Square – Airport City.
The transformational branch which is at the forefront of Barclays’ innovation and progression towards performance excellence is setting new standards in bespoke customer experience as it provides a platform that is significantly improving the manner in which the bank interact with customers.

According to Mr. Bond, this transformation in branch service delivery is about improved processes and technology which puts the customer at the heart of the bank’s operations.
