Human Resource Manager at Blow Chem Industries Limited, producers of Bel-Aqua and Bel Beverages, Esther Baidoo Williams, has been crowned Ghana's Most Outstanding Female in Human Resource Management at the just-ended 10th Feminine Ghana Achievement Awards 2024 held at the luxurious Accra Marriot Hotel.
The award ceremony, held on July 5th, 2024, recognizes her stunning leadership qualities and exceptional dedication to providing quality human resource services, and also for being a respected personality advocating for best practices in HR.

The Feminine Ghana Achievement Awards organised by The Business Executive Magazine Limited seeks to publicly recognize women in Ghana who have chalked accomplishments in various fields of endeavours in both the public and private sectors.

The recognition automatically makes her a “SHE ACHIEVER” in the female network platform in Ghana.
The initiative is an executive association which embodies top female CEOs and past Feminine Ghana Achievement Awards winners and creates a platform for members to network, share knowledge and offer support to each other.

Speaking to the media after receiving the award, Esther Baidoo Williams said she was excited to be recognized for her work, and thanked God and the organisers for the honour done to her.
“I am extremely excited about this recognition. I will continue to work hard to serve God and my Country. I dedicate this to my family, colleagues at Blow Chem Industries and most importantly, our cherished clients for their unflinching support always”.
