Andrea Emilova Ivanova, a 22-year-old woman from Sofia, in Bulgaria, has quadrupled the size of her puckers after undergoing her twentieth lip filler injection.

The young woman, dubbed a “real-life Barbie”, has already spent thousands of dollars on lip fillers, but claims she still wants to increase the size of her pout.

She isn’t sure if hers are already the biggest lips in the world, but she admits that they must be among the biggest. Although she sometimes gets negative comments on social media because of her oversized lips, Andrea says she ignores the criticism, because hers is the only opinion that matters. And right now, she wants even bigger lips.

“There are people who like me with bigger lips and there are people who like me with smaller lips but it doesn’t matter to me, because it’s important for me, how I like it. Other people’s opinion is irrelevant,” Ivanova said.

“I can’t give any indication of how big is too big, or can lips be too big, because for each person, ‘big’, ‘bigger’ and ‘too big’ are different concepts. I’m broadminded and I think people should be free to choose, which one is for them big, bigger or too big. There are no boundaries for me.”

Ivanova, who reportedly got a whopping 15 lip filler injections last year alone, getting “all kinds of lips fillers” in a bid to make herself look “fashionable”, has already reached a new milestone last month – her 20th lip filler injection.

She claims that she is eager to get another one soon, but told reporters that her doctor will only give her another lip filler if she waits two months.

The girl’s transformation began in 2018, and after forking more money than she can remember on enhancing the size of her lips, Andrea Ivanova now looks unrecognizable. Still, after quadrupling the size of her mouth, the 22-year-old declares herself happy with her look, adding that she would love to have the world’s biggest lips.

“Yes, why not? In my country the big lips are fashionable and there are many girls with fillers in the lips too,” Ivanova said.

Andrea Emilova Ivanova currently has over 33,000 followers on Instagram, and claims to receive compliments from her fans on a daily basis. She also appears to post clippings of any articles on the size of her lips she can find online.
