Head coach of the Black Princesses, Yusif Basigi, says his team will not underrate Senegal ahead of the first leg of their U-20 Women's World Cup qualifier.
Ghana face Senegal in the final round of qualifiers for the tournament to be staged in Colombia looking to secure a seventh successive appearance.
The Black Princesses last played at the competition under Ben Foluo and failed to go past the group stage once again.
Basigi is hoping to get his girls ready for the first leg of the encounter on Saturday, January 13.
"With the Ampem Darkoa players in, we are putting the pieces together to raise a team out of the lots," he said.
"Preparations are ongoing and we are not looking back because we what it takes to qualify for the World Cup. For that matter, we don't need to take it lightly at all."
Ghana beat Guinea-Bissau and Eswatini en route to reaching the final round of the qualification stage.
