The District Chief Executive for Karaga in the Northern Region is urging residents to make competence the number one consideration in their choice of assembly members as they get ready for the upcoming local level elections.
According to Sulemana Issah recent agitation by the youth against appointed managers of the district has retarded progress hence the need for them to resolve all their differences to facilitate the execution of the President’s better Ghana agenda in the district.
Sulemana Hussein Issah who was on a visit to Joy FM says disunity profits nobody.
He said his administration’s vision is fast-track the district’s development – something he said cannot happen if the people remain fractured.
