President John Evans Atta Mills has, in accordance with established procedures, appointed the following persons as Members and Chairpersons of the Boards and Councils of the following state entities:
A statement signed by Mr. Mahama Ayariga, Presidential Spokesperson, said Hon. Doe Adjaho, First Deputy Speaker in Parliament, will chair the National Health Insurance Authority. Other members are Dr. Steven Kofi M. Ahiawordor, Dr. Mercy Bannerman and Mrs. Nyamekye Kyiamah.
Justice Samuel K. Date–Bah chairs the University of Ghana Council, with Mrs. Elizabeth Adabor, Dr. John Hyde, Dr. Joe Tony Aidoo, and Prof. Robert G. Baeta as members.
