The 2024 Ecobank-JoyNews Habitat Fair concluded successfully on Saturday at the Accra International Conference Centre, drawing hundreds of enthusiastic patrons eager to make the most of last-minute offers and discounts.
The four-day event, themed "Get a House, Make it a Home," attracted hundreds of exhibitors and saw impressive attendance from potential homeowners and industry stakeholders.
This year’s fair provided a unique opportunity for prospective homeowners to explore a comprehensive range of household essentials and gain valuable insights into acquiring property in Ghana.

Visitors had the chance to meet with industry experts who shared essential advice on navigating the home-buying process.
Exhibitors showcased a diverse array of products and services, catering to various stages of homeownership, from construction materials to home security solutions.

As the headline sponsor, Ecobank Ghana offered on-site guidance on mortgage financing and other financial services, highlighting flexible repayment terms to make homeownership more accessible.
Ecobank’s presence underscored its commitment to supporting the housing sector and meeting the financial needs of potential homeowners.
The fair served as a one-stop platform for key stakeholders and companies in construction, real estate, and artisanal industries, who shared innovative ideas and offered attractive discounts on products and services.
Patrons described the event as the largest housing and construction exhibition in the country, with a wide variety of building materials and home accessories on display.
Sponsors and exhibitors included DBS Roofing, Plan City Extension, Virtual Security Africa, STL Superlock, Elegant Homes, Cities and Habitats, Devtraco Woodlands, Sintex Tank, DBS Industries, Everlast, DPS Pipes, and G&J Technical Services Limited.
Many exhibitors praised JoyNews and Ecobank for their successful organization of the fair.

Llia Hajema Nafrah, CEO of Lesh Fortune Limited, noted that the fair provided an excellent platform for serious business opportunities. Jessy Nzanba of Shanis HSE Solution reported impressive sales over the event’s four days and confirmed plans to participate in the 2025 edition.
Georgina, a sales executive from Rhoboth Social Housing Limited, shared that their stand attracted numerous patrons interested in their projects, with many taking brochures and promising to visit their sites soon.
The Ecobank-JoyNews Habitat Fair 2024 has once again proven to be a landmark event, bringing together industry leaders and potential homeowners to drive forward Ghana’s housing and construction sectors.
