After recording a disappointing 0-0 draw against arch rivals Scotland, England go into the last round of group games needing a victory to clinch top spot.
Czech Republic, in comparison, are top of group D with four points and only need a draw to maintain their grip. They started the campaign with a 2-0 win over Scotland and went ahead to draw 1-1 with Croatia.
An intense battle is expected on Tuesday as both teams aim to take the first seed in their group.
Czech Republic to clinch top spot
The two teams go into the clash level on points with Czech Republic taking the lead due to a superior goal difference.
England have not been as dominating as expected so far and are not expected to take all three points from this one.
The Locomotive can also depend on Patrick Schick for the goals. The Bayer Leverkusen striker has been exceptional in the competition so far, netting three goals in two games. He will be expected to find the net again on Tuesday.
