In front of their fans at the Stadio Olimpico, Italy were a joy to watch, scoring three unanswered goals on Friday. Demiral’s own goal broke the deadlock before Immobile and Insigne put the game beyond doubt with strikes of their own.
Italy will aim to impress the fans once again and hopefully book a place at the round of 16 in lightening quick fashion.
Switzerland, in contrast, recorded a disappointing draw against Wales. The Swiss went ahead thanks to a header from Breel Embolo but a header at the other end from Moore levelled matters.
Italy to continue good form
Italy started remarkably well against Turkey in the opening game and it is highly expected that they play well and win the upcoming fixture.
The Azurri were dominant, controlling the tempo and creating good chances throughout the game against Turkey. The presence of Ciro Immobile and Lorenzo Insigne among others will prove key in the result of the game.
If Switzerland are to cause any upset, Breel Embolo will likely be the man to do it. The Germany based striker found the net in the previous game and will hope to score again.
