Fidelity Bank Ghana has once again affirmed its commitment to professional development and leadership excellence as members of its Toastmasters Clubs delivered exceptional performances at the 2025 Toastmasters District 94 Conference held in Yamoussoukro, Côte d’Ivoire.
Two representatives from clubs made it to the final stage of the prestigious contest, following a strong showing at the divisional level in Ghana.
Benjamin Addo of Fidelity Corporate Toastmasters competed in the Table Topics Contest, while Esteban David King of Fidelity Orange Heights Toastmasters participated in the International Speech Contest.
Their performances captivated the audience and demonstrated the Bank’s continuous investment in nurturing confident, articulate, and future-ready leaders.
Crowning the Bank’s impressive showing, Benjamin Addo emerged third in the District 94 Table Topics Contest, a highly competitive impromptu speaking category.
His eloquence and quick thinking earned him well-deserved regional recognition and brought great pride to both the Bank and Ghana.

This follows last year’s remarkable representation of Ghana by Fidelity Toastmasters members in Abuja, Nigeria, proof that the Bank’s commitment to developing leadership potential is producing a lasting impact.
In total, ten members from Fidelity Corporate Toastmasters and Fidelity Orange Heights Toastmasters Clubs participated in the conference, which Fidelity Bank proudly sponsored.
Delegates engaged in a range of enriching activities, including educational workshops, high-impact networking sessions, and a gala dinner, all aimed at enhancing leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
The experience not only empowered attendees but also deepened their connection to the Toastmasters global leadership movement.
Further affirming its excellence, Fidelity Corporate Toastmasters was honoured with the President’s Distinguished Club Award—the highest recognition a Toastmasters club can receive.
Fidelity Orange Heights Toastmasters also achieved the Distinguished Club Award, a commendable milestone that reflects their growth, performance, and member engagement.
These accolades signal the strength of Fidelity Bank’s learning and development culture and its ability to build high-performing teams.

Commenting on the success, Atta Yeboah Gyan, Deputy Managing Director, Operations and Support Functions at Fidelity Bank, stated: “This achievement is not just a win for the individuals or the clubs, but a clear demonstration of what is possible when a corporate institution believes in its people.
"At Fidelity, we don’t just develop bankers, we nurture leaders, speakers, and changemakers. Congratulations to the team members for their remarkable contributions and for proudly representing Ghana on this platform.”
As District 94 prepares to host its next conference in Ghana, Fidelity Bank’s growing influence and consistent performance within Toastmasters signal that the Bank is poised to make an even greater impact on home soil.
With a track record of excellence and an unflinching commitment to staff development, there is no doubt that Fidelity will continue to raise the bar and inspire others within and beyond the banking industry.
