The former boss of Eximguaranty Ghana, Felicity Acquah has been appointed chairperson of reconstituted board of State Insurance Corporation (SIC).
She takes over from Max Cobbina who stood down as board chair in July this year together with other five members after some agitations from union workers.
Other members of the board include Managing Director of SIC Doris Awo Nkani Nancy, Darkwa Ampofo, Dr. Sidney Yayah Laryea, Justice Benjamin Tetteh, Managing Director of Tema Oil Refinery Ato Ampiah, Robert Sackey and Fifi Gyabra Forson.
