An authority in talent management Gareth Killeen is to star in the 2nd Annual Human Resource and Industrial Relations Summit dubbed “The People Challenge Summit”.
The summit organised by the Capital Group and Leadership Solutions Ltd is to bring to the fore the new trends in HR and to stimulate industrial harmony and relations.
The theme for this year's summit slated for March 19-20, 2014 is: “The changing World of Work: Managing The Dynamics of HR practice and the case for partnership in Industrial Relations”.
Key among the issues to be discussed include HR trends; the changing world of work, prospects and challenges for HR professionals; the Single Spine, challenges, experiences and lessons learnt; work employment and industrial relations in times of crisis.
Gareth Killeen is expected to shed more light on one of the most significant issues in corporate and public institutions- talent management.
The founder of Jomba Development, a talent management company will provide a comprehensive intuition into talent pipeline development solutions; recruiting and strategically managing best talents through integrated learning processes.
He would also explore outstanding recruiting processes, developing, benchmarking and succession planning tools that have been proven to lead to higher levels of employee engagement, job satisfaction and retention.
A statement issued by Capital Group said the summit will be held at Best Western Premier Hotel and is opened to HR Practitioners, professionals in Industrial Relations, labour unions and students and will start at exactly 8:30
