The Ghana Property & Lifestyle Expo (GPLE) has concluded its most successful London edition to date - and unveiled its biggest announcement yet. Following exponential growth across its global series, organisers Anna and Victoria Agyekum have confirmed that GPLE will launch a brand-new Dubai edition in Spring 2026, expanding its international footprint beyond Washington DC, London, and Accra.
This year’s London Expo drew its largest-ever audience, with attendees eager to meet trusted developers, financial advisors, and legal experts. Visitors spent the weekend engaging in a rich programme of panel discussions and presentations that offered deep insight into every stage of the Ghana property investment journey.
The legal panel provided vital guidance on investing safely, navigating land acquisition, and avoiding common pitfalls, while sessions on real estate investing unpacked the fundamentals of selecting verified developments and building long-term portfolios. Additional talks covered property management, land ownership, mortgages, diaspora financing options, wealth management strategies, and estate planning, giving attendees a comprehensive understanding of how to invest with confidence.

Developers from across Ghana - including those with major portfolios in Accra and Kumasi - shared expert perspectives on construction trends, architectural planning, and how to build or buy a home tailored to the needs of the modern diaspora investor.
Among the standout contributions was a powerful session delivered by Danny Angels, CEO of lead sponsor Royal Kingdom Estate, who spoke passionately about credibility, transparency, and sustainable growth within the industry. The Expo floor bustled throughout the weekend as attendees connected directly with exhibitors, including Goldkey Properties, Clifton Homes, Jacob West, and many other verified companies committed to excellence.

GPLE Brand Ambassador AJ Akua Johnson gave one of the most anticipated talks of the weekend, sharing her inspiring journey to becoming both an investor and a Ghanaian citizen. Her message of empowerment, identity, and purpose was a highlight for many guests and reinforced the Expo’s mission of strengthening relationships between Ghana and its global diaspora.
The event was further elevated by the presence of Her Excellency Mrs Sabah Zita Benson, Ghana’s new High Commissioner to the UK, who delivered a commanding keynote address. She praised founders Anna and Victoria for “building an extraordinary global platform that continues to strengthen the bond between Ghana and its diaspora through education, trust, and opportunity.” The newly crowned Miss Ghana UK was also in attendance, representing the next generation of diaspora ambassadors and community leaders.

Throughout the weekend, TV personality Ama K. Abebrese and media professional Kweku Owusu Frimpong expertly hosted and moderated all sessions, guiding discussions, facilitating audience engagement, and ensuring a vibrant and seamless experience for all.
As the Expo reached its finale, the founders revealed the landmark announcement that GPLE will expand to the Middle East with the launch of its first-ever Dubai edition in Spring 2026. Co-founder Anna noted that the expansion reflects the Expo’s ongoing commitment to reach diaspora communities across the world, while Victoria emphasised that Dubai’s position as a global hub makes it the ideal location for GPLE next chapter.

Following the success of the Washington and London editions, the series will conclude for 2025 in Accra this December, 16-17th), before ushering in a pivotal new year marked by the highly anticipated GPLE Dubai event.
