Managers of Groupe Nduom are in Washington DC for several days of strategy meetings and field visits to companies for practical learning purposes.
This has been organised by IBS -LLC a USA-based member of Groupe Nduom.
The managers invited include Mr. Patrick Anumel, CEO First National, Mr. Kwame Asomaning, MD GGFC, Mr. Robert Anamolga, Ag GM Gold Coast, Nana Kweku Nduom, GM IBS, LLC, Mr. Benjamin Afreh GM GN Investments, Nana Dufu, GM Qualtek, Mr Felix Ograh, GM Yorke Properties, P. W. (Chiefy) Nduom, Corporate Counsel, Mr. Richmond Lamptey, GM GMG and others.
One of the important topics for consideration is how to leverage global-use technology to improve customer satisfaction. Practical fields visits to Fairmont Hotel, Ritz Calton Hotel, home construction sites, investment companies such as Fidelity Investments, Barclays Capital and some banks such as Wells Fargo and others have been planned to give hands-on and eye-contact meaning to this trip.
Groupe Nduom is focused on creating an additional 1,000 jobs in Ghana over the next 12 months and plans to reach more than one million customers with its diverse services and products. It also plans to construct at least 500 low cost houses throughout Ghana.
The groupe operates from Ghana, Liberia, Cote d”Ivoire, Togo and the USA and has business relationships in many countries in Africa, Europe, Asia and North America.
The Groupe’s brands have been in existence for over twenty (20) years.
They include Gold Coast Securities, GN Investments, Yorke Properties, EPPL, First National, Nduom College of Technology & Entrepreneurship, Coconut Grove Hotels, Ghana Media Group (including Spyder Lee Entertainment), Ghana Growth Fund, Qualtek and others. Groupe Nduom recently acquired the Liberian Enterprise Development & Finance Company, a non-bank financial company based in Monrovia.
Groupe Nduom also operates community libraries, the Monica Yorke School, the Elmina Sharks FC, Nduom Foundation and supports many social causes.
