Ho Technical University has won the Joy Prime Big Chef Tertiary culinary combat for the second time.
They defeated Koforidua Technical University, Takoradi Technical University and the host school, Kumasi Technical University after a three-square meal battle in the kitchen.
The representatives, Sharifa and Jones prepared adequately to retain their reign as champions in the culinary tertiary education.
Despite the twists the competition came with, all four finalists put in their best performances but HTU topped the rest to clinch the ultimate prize.
The winning team took home 20,000 cedis cash prize, a brand new four-burner gas range from Integas Kitchen, brand new tabls fridge and microwave oven from Victor Electronics, certificate of participation plus products from sponsors.
The first runner-up, Kumasi Technical University, were awarded brand new HGG-700 gas griddle from Integas Kitchen, a burner from Victor Electronics, certificate of participation, 10,000 cedis cash prize plus products from sponsors.

The second runner-up, Koforidua Technical University earned 2-tank-2 badket gas fryer from Integas Kitchen, microwave oven from Victor Electronics, certificate of participation, 5,000 cedis cadh prize plus products from sponsors while Takoradi Technical University, tge third runner-up took home a table fridge and microwave oven from Victor Electronics, 2,000 cedis cash prize sponsored by Lancaster Hotel, certificate of participation plus products from sponsors.

Ho Technical University has exuded their culinary dexterity to remain as the best in the Big Chef Tertiary culinary contest. Congratulations to the team.
The second edition of Big Chef Tertiary was brought to you by Fortunate Spread, Frytol Vegetable Oil, Hallmark Cafe, Chefware, Indomie, Deedew Spices, Enterprise Advantage Point, Ecobank, Verna Purified Water, Bigoo Drink, Kivo Hot Pepper, and Mcberry breakfast cereal.
