Joy FM's Benjamin Tetteh has been shortlisted in three categories for the Gold Awards for Business Journalism.
He has been nominated for the Reporter of the Year for oil and gas, Reporter of the Year radio category and Business Broadcaster of the year.
In all, there are about 19 categories in the awards to be held on December 14 this year.
The award is put together by MOSOE in partnership with the Institute of Financial and Economic Journalists to recognize excellence in business and financial reporting in the country.
Iposu Elijah, Event Director at MOSOE productions is optimistic this year's event would be one of the best.
"The awards this year is quite overwhelming because there is a lot more interest in the awards this years compared to last year", he stated.
Meanwhile, your super station, JOYFM has also been nominated as the business station of the year.
