The Member of Parliament for South Dayi, Rockson-Nelson Dafeamekpor, has described Kenpong Travel and Tours as a reliable and experienced travel management company capable of delivering on its package for football fans heading to the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Mr. Dafeamekpor, who chaired the launch of the company’s travel package, said Kenpong Travel and Tours has built a solid reputation over more than two decades of operations in West Africa.
“Today is a good day,” he said at the event, adding that the company’s growth has been the result of deliberate effort and experience, not chance.
He noted that Kenpong Travel and Tours has consistently organised travel for Ghanaian supporters to previous FIFA World Cup tournaments, successfully transporting fans to host countries and back home without incident.
“Every World Cup, Kenpong as a brand and as a travel management company has always successfully taken Ghanaians to the World Cup and back,” he said.
According to the MP, who is also the chairman of the management committee of Kenpong Travel and Tours 2026 World Cup tour, the company has operated for more than 20 years and has developed a niche within the travel management sector in West Africa.
He said its longevity and experience in handling large-scale travel arrangements position it strongly to manage the logistics associated with a global tournament.
Mr. Dafeamekpor also highlighted the company’s focus on authenticity and compliance, assuring football fans that the travel packages being offered for the 2026 tournament are legitimate.
“Everything is genuine,” he said, urging supporters to have confidence in the company’s ability to deliver on its commitments.
Drawing on his own professional association with the company, Mr. Dafeamekpor said he had firsthand knowledge of its operations and standards.
He explained that after completing school, he worked with Kenpong Travel and Tours between 2002 and 2006 before entering law school, and continued to maintain professional ties afterwards.
The 2026 FIFA World Cup, which will be hosted across North America, is expected to attract thousands of travelling supporters from around the world.
Kenpong Travel and Tours says its package is designed to offer Ghanaian fans structured, end-to-end travel management, building on its experience from previous tournaments.
The 2026 World Cup has matches to be hosted across the United States, Canada and Mexico, and Kenpong Travel and Tours says it will offer comprehensive travel solutions that combine comfort, convenience, and unforgettable moments for Ghanaian football fans.
From visa acquisition to match ticketing to accommodation and transport, Kenpong Travel and Tours said fans have nothing to fear.
