Asante Kotoko captain Amos Frimpong believes his side are solely focused on claiming another league title after their fine start to the season.
The Kumasi side are joint top with 2010 winners, Aduana Stars, with an identical record of 5 wins, a draw and a defeat with the league race set to be between the two.
This could make for an intriguing title race with the Dormaa side not looking to be pushovers anytime soon.
But the right back is unperturbed by their challenge stating clearly his side have only one focus.
"We aren't in anyway affected by Aduana Stars' performance. We aren't thinking about them or any other team at the moment," he told Silver FM
"We are thinking about ourselves by concentrating on the subsequent games. We haven't set our eyes on any team.
"We have started the season so well. We hope to achieve our set target at the end of the season."
Kotoko take on Inter Allies in their upcoming league match.
