Trainees at the Krobo Nursing and Midwifery Training College have rendered an apology to John Mahama for rejecting an earlier campaign policy of replacing their allowances with student loans.
According to them, all trainees in various training colleges presently are yet to benefit from the allowances.
In a letter which was openly read in the presence of the former President, the students alleged that they fell for the empty campaign promises made by the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
