Kennedy Osei, first son of business mogul, Osei Kwame Despite, and his wife, Tracy have welcomed twin babies.
In an Instagram post, the young couple was seen presenting their twin girls to Mr Kwame Despite as he celebrates his birthday on Tuesday.
This comes as a surprise to many Ghanaians since the couple has denied all childbirth rumours.

The young couple became famous following their star-studded #Kency 2020 wedding, rated the most expensive Ghanaian event.
