The management of Adom 106.3 FM has reassured the public that this year’s Adom FM Family Kolor Paaty, scheduled for November 2, 2024, at the Legon Botanical Garden, will proceed as planned, despite the venue’s planned closure announcement.
Joshua Tigo, Programmes Manager at Adom FM, provided this assurance after the Legon Botanical Garden revealed plans to close to the public.
Mr. Tigo noted that rather than disrupting the event, the garden’s closure offers attendees a special opportunity to enjoy the facility for the last time.
“This gives our audience a unique opportunity to be the last group to enjoy the facility before it closes. It’s another reason not to miss this year’s Kolor Paaty,” he said.
The Adom FM Family Kolor Paaty is an annual event that brings together the station’s audience and fans for a day of fun and bonding.
This year’s edition will feature performances from Stonebwoy, one of Ghana’s top musicians, alongside other artists like Rap Fada, Popeskinny, and Mavis Asante.

Themed Abusua Baako, Oman Baako, the event aims to promote peace ahead of the upcoming December general elections.
Festivities will kick off at 10 a.m. and run until 6 p.m., with a family-friendly entry fee of just GHC 30 for a group of five.
Tickets can be purchased via the USSD code *714*003#.
