Liverpool have fined Luis Suarez after he bit Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic, but insist they have no plans to sell the striker.Suarez has apologised for his actions during Sunday's 2-2 Premier League draw at Anfield. Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers described the incident as "inexcusable", while managing director Ian Ayre said that the striker had let the club down.The player revealed via his official Twitter account on Monday morning that he had been fined for his actions
