This Saturday on JoyNews’ Newsfile, host Samson Lardy Anyenini and his panel of experts will examine Ghana’s failure to qualify for the 2025 African Cup of Nations, which is set to be held in Morocco.
Ghana’s national team did not qualify for the tournament after finishing bottom of Group F with just three points.
The four-time African champions ended the group stage of the qualifiers without a single victory, marking an unprecedented low in the country's football history.
Mr Anyenini and his panel will also address the recent intermittent power outages, commonly known as 'Dumsor'.
These outages have raised concerns following threats from Independent Power Producers to shut down their plants due to unpaid government debts.
The programme is expected to provide a comprehensive analysis of both the national team’s performance and the ongoing power crisis, discussing the potential impact on the country and the steps needed to address these challenges.
