As Ghana continues to battle the Covid-19 pandemic head-on, JoyNews' Newsfile will be assessing Ghana’s Clinical Covid-19 plan and efforts so far.
Viewers will be updated on the stock of PPEs, ventilators, essential medicines as well as the status of all medical facilities and personnel.
The team will also be looking at case management figures and statistics, progress made with the enhanced testing programme and the care given to affected persons.
For the first segment of the discussion, Host Samson Lardy Anyenini will be joined in studio by DR. Titus Beyuo, the General Secretary and a member of the Infectious Diseases Committee of the Ghana Medical Association.
Dr. John Amuasi, a lecturer at the Global Health Department of the School of Public Health, KNUST and a leader of the Global Health and Infectious Diseases Research Group at the Kumasi Centre for Collaborative Research in Tropical Medicine (KCCR) will be joining the conversation via skype.
The Second segment of Newsfile will focus on the lockdown and restrictions set in motion by President Akufo-Addo.
While the last segment of the show will take a look at Ghana’s Covid-19 economic plan.
