Traders at Kwame Nkrumah Circle have been subjected to harassment by a rampaging mentally ill man who loiters around Obra Spot, Osu Taxi rank, Kaneshie and Neoplan stations.The man, who according to the traders appeared in the area three months ago, has been a source of worry.He chases passers by away with stones, clubs and other harmful implements and sometimes spit at them.
