Former Hearts of Oak captain Mahatma Otoo is on a five-man list for the most valuable player award in last season's MTN FA Cup competition.
After helping the Phobians to semi-final finish, Otoo makes the list following Monday's announcement of the award categories for the 2013/2013 Awards for the Cup competition on Saturday, August 31 at the Banquet Hall , State House in Accra.
Also nominated for the MVP prize are Michael Helegbe (Kotoko) Joseph Gordon (Medeama), Moro Abubakar (Hearts of Oak) and Frederich Acheampong (Rainbow FC).
Evans Adotey who led Medeama to win the Cup has been nominated for the Coach of the tournament award alongside Kotoko's Didi Dramani, Hearts of Oak's David Duncan and Tony Lokko of Amidaus Professionals.
