Manchester City have made a £100m bid for Tottenham striker Harry Kane, Sky Sports News understands.
Manchester United and Chelsea are also thought to be interested in signing the England captain, who has told Spurs he wants to leave this summer.
With Kane valued at upwards of £120m, the north London club are expected to reject the bid from the Premier League champions.
That is despite City being prepared to offer players in addition to cash.
Kane's future is not expected to be decided until after Euro 2020, on which he is said to be fully focused at the moment.
In a disappointing start to the tournament, he has failed to score in England's first two matches, and was substituted in the opening win over Croatia.
His slow start has been a surprise, given that he topped the Premier League charts for goals and assists, despite Tottenham finishing seventh.
He has insisted that neither a lack of fitness nor speculation over his club future are the reasons for his lack of goals against Croatia and Scotland at Wembley.
