McDan Group have signed up for the 2025 JoySports Invitational Tournament and promise to scoop 60% of the trophies.
Momentum is building ahead of the highly anticipated upcoming event, set for August 9 at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium.
Following a successful return in 2024, this year’s edition promises another exciting day of corporate sports, networking, and healthy competition.
One company gearing up with high confidence for this year’s tournament is the McDan Group.
"This year is going to be crazy," Daniel McKorley popularly known as McDan told JoySports.
"One of the tournament that we will be winning is the Jama [event]. This year, we are winning Tennis, Football, the Volleyball is for us so we will not even compete with anybody.
"We are training two athletes so we are very confident that we are likely to wipe about 60% of all the trophies so corporate Ghana should be ready."

Throughout the day, participating companies will compete in a wide variety of events carefully designed to promote endurance, teamwork, and corporate pride. The CEO’s Penalty Shootout will return as a key attraction, following Divine Teyi’s remarkable win in the 2024 edition.
It will also feature several exciting competitions such as the Women’s Penalty Shootout, the Mixed 4×100m Relay, the Basketball Shooting Contest, Mixed Volleyball, the Women’s 50m Dash, the Men’s 100m Dash, the Mixed Sack Relay, the Lime and Spoon Relay, Scrabble, and a range of board and E- games.
