Medeama will find out their opponents in the group stage of the 2016 CAF Confederation Cup when the draw is conducted on May 24 in Cairo.
The Ghanaians secured a famous 2-0 win over South African champions Mamelodi Sundowns to advance to the last eight.
Sundowns were undone by goals either side of the break from Malik Akowuah and Bernard Ofori at the Sekondi Stadium.
The Brazilians, who won the first leg 3-1, were hampered by the 65th minute dismissal of goalkeeper Denis Onyango.
The hosts eventually struck in the 36th minute via Akowuah’s successful penalty following a foul in the box by Thabo Nthethe.
Ofori then made it 2-0 in the 64th minute.
The two-time Ghanaian FA Cup holders will know their opponents after next week’s draw.
The West Africans could face giants TP Mazembe as well other stellar teams like Young Africans, Al Ahli Tripoli, MO Bejaia and Sportive Sahel amongst others.
