In a celebration of leadership excellence and Ghana’s export prowess, Michael Leslie Bartlett‑Vanderpuye, Group Chairman of M&C Group Global, was bestowed the prestigious title of CEO of the Year – Exporter at the 4th Ghana CEO Vision, Exhibition & Awards.

Selected from over 113 nominees and just 40 finalists, Mr. Bartlett‑Vanderpuye was recognized specifically for his transformative leadership in trading and logistics, and his instrumental role in elevating Ghana’s export capacity.
Under Mr. Bartlett‑Vanderpuye’s guidance, M&C Logistics & Trading, a division of M&C Group Global has evolved into a leading commodities export firm. It is licensed by Ghana’s Minerals Commission and operational across key global markets including Dubai, China, Nigeria, South Africa, and the United States
With over 15 years of business leadership, Mr. Bartlett-Vanderpuye has redefined how Ghanaian enterprises engage with global markets. His work has positioned M&C Group as a trusted trade partner, known for its commitment to excellence, regulatory compliance, and value addition.
This is not Mr. Bartlett-Vanderpuye’s first accolade.
