The Migrant Labour General Workers' Union International and the education department, Finnish-French Migrant Resource Centre (MLGWUI-FFMRC) have applauded the Ghanaian-German Centre for Jobs, Migration and Reintegration (GGC) for its continuous support to African Return Migrant Workers and Internal Potential Migrants.
The GGC has been supporting the migrants with regard to psychological, counselling, skills training and education on migration. This has changed many Return Migrant Workers' lives and turned some into entrepreneurs and employers.
The General Secretary and Head of Education International Relations of the Union, Comrade Justice Baako Ntarmah commended the GCC during the 2023 first quarterly evaluation of previous challenges faced by the union and its members before their intervention.
This Meeting which also served as an orientation of new regional leaders of the Union and beneficiaries of GGC, was held in Accra on the Saturday January 7, 2023.

Comrade Justice Baako Ntarmah encouraged Migrant Workers who have already benefited from the GCC to manage their finances well to enable them become business tycoons to establish big companies in future.
"As international migrant workers and entrepreneurs, we understand well the challenges of migrant workers and potential migrant job seekers. I therefore pray expecting you to have passion in offering potential Migrant job seekers with decent work if your companies are expanded in our quest to reduce Irregular Labour Migration," he said.
Some of the issues discussed at the meeting were; Promoting Entrepreneurial Skills Training in Labour Migration; Encouraging Women Migrant Workers Inclusive in Trade Unionism Education and Gender in Labour Migration; 2022 International Migrants Day Commemoration among others.
