The Minority in Parliament is demanding answers on the circumstances surrounding a judgment debt of GH₵95 million awarded against Ghana in favor of West Blue.
The company was a technical service provider for GRA at the ports until their contract was terminated by the government.
GRA boss, Julie Essiam confirmed the amount at a hearing of the Public Accounts Committee.
But a member of the Public Accounts Committee Ibrahim Murtala Mohammed says government must come out and explain the justification for this payment and the legal Defence it put up prior to the award.
Mr Mohammed says the judgement debt to be paid smacks of create, loot and share.
