Berekum Chelsea were victorious against Bofoakwa Tano FC, beating them 2-1.
In earlier results, Great Olympics beat Charity Stars FC 2-0.
Karela United beat Sekondi Hasacaas 4-2 on penalties after the game ended 1-1 in regular time.
All teams who have progressed to the round of 32 stage earn GH ₵4,000 each.
